About Our Soccer Tournament – the ESL Winter Championships
For far too long, Erie was without a quality adult soccer tournament. Other tournaments lacked proper structure, organization, and quite frankly – they lacked care. We decided enough is enough and established our annual flagship event – the Erie Soccer League Winter Championships – aka “The Christmas Tournament”.
Throughout the years, we ran coed 3v3 divisions, as well as small sided coed divisions. While those divisions were fun, it was a lot for one or two individuals to coordinate on their own without sacrificing quality.
For 2019, we offer our Mens 9v9 Division as the sole event for the 2019 ESL Winter Championship series. By focusing on the single playing division, you can be assured that the Erie Soccer League’s Christmas tournament will be a can’t miss event. If you only have the time, energy, and resources for one soccer tournament over Christmas break, our Christmas tournament is the place to be.
