Scheduling note: – Each team now has eight (8) games instead of 7 games. Each team should be scheduled to play each other once. The only additional cost (for the additional game) is referee fees. The extra game was added to provide a “balanced” schedule so that each team plays each other once. The winner of the league in terms of final standings is crowned champion and will receive the first ever Erie Soccer League Men’s Premier Division Trophy.

Division Specific Rules

  • All games are played at the Family First Sports Dome (unless indicated otherwise).
  • 9v9 format (8 players + goalkeeper. Field of play is 70×50 yards. (the whole of the pitch in the Sports Dome).
  • USSF Rules with offsides. Two referee system.
  • Slide tackling player with the ball is not allowed.
  • Substitutions are conducted on the fly, however, field player must be off the field before oncoming player can enter the field of play.
  • If the ball hits the structure (including any neeting), a throw-in is awarded.
  • All players must register / be registered with the PA West Adult Division (on-site registration available).

This adult soccer league plays on Sundays and Mondays. Each team must pay a $470 team fee to cover field cost for the 7 game playing season. Each team is responsible for paying the referee $35 prior to kickoff.

Upcoming Fixtures

Scheduling note: – Each team has six (6) games on the schedule – playing each team once. The winner of the league in terms of final standings is crowned ESL Coed Division 2 champion and will receive the first ever Erie Soccer League Coed Division 2 Trophy.

With the exception of the teams that played in Match Week 1, each team has one double-header currently on the schedule. If there are scheduling conflicts, Beer FC U50 will gladly move their games to accommodate (i.e. – play more doubleheaders in some weeks and have bye weeks in other weeks in order to accommodate teams who need to finish early) Please contact me (mike@eriesoccer.com) if there are any scheduling issues.
